Order Processing, Shipping & Delivery

All production schedules and delivery dates provided by Brand Nest Packaging are estimates only.

Shipping and delivery are handled by third-party courier and freight services. While we make every reasonable effort to avoid delays, Brand Nest Packaging shall not be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Rush charges may be refunded or waived if delays occur due to our production process. Orders cannot be canceled solely because of shipping or delivery delays.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Shipping charges
  • Customs duties and taxes
  • Import/export fees
  • Warehousing or storage fees caused by customs delays
  • Providing accurate shipping and customs information

Additional fees may apply for remote delivery areas, shipping dock limitations, forklift requirements, customs inspections, or address changes during production or shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed by Brand Nest Packaging.

Customers must report any defects within 5 business days of receiving the order.

If a replacement or refund is approved, customers may be required to return the full order at their own shipping expense within 15 days of delivery.

Brand Nest Packaging is not responsible for return shipping costs or re-shipping fees.

Defective Products

A product will only be considered defective if it contains major manufacturing or printing errors caused directly by Brand Nest Packaging.

The following are not considered defects:

  • Minor cracking on folds or creases
  • Slight color variations
  • Minor dimension tolerances within industry standards
  • Shipping damage caused by courier services
  • Small scratches, bends, or handling marks
  • Differences between digital proofs and final printed products

Customer Artwork & File Submission

Customers are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork files in the correct format.

All artwork should:

  • Be in CMYK color mode
  • Be at least 300 DPI resolution
  • Be submitted at accurate print dimensions

Brand Nest Packaging is not responsible for printing errors caused by low-resolution files, incorrect color settings, spelling mistakes, formatting errors, or improperly prepared artwork.

Proofing & Order Approval

Customers are fully responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork proofs before production begins.

Production will only begin after written approval has been received.

By approving proofs, you accept full responsibility for all content, layout, spelling, graphics, and design elements.

Color Matching

While we strive for accurate color reproduction, Brand Nest Packaging does not guarantee exact color matching between digital proofs, screen displays, samples, and final printed products.

Color variations may occur due to differences in printing methods, materials, finishes, inks, and monitor settings.

Customer Content & Intellectual Property

Customers retain ownership of all artwork, logos, graphics, and other materials submitted to Brand Nest Packaging.

By submitting content to us, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the content, or
  • You have permission to use and reproduce the content

You grant Brand Nest Packaging permission to use submitted materials solely for the purpose of completing your order.

Unless otherwise requested in writing, Brand Nest Packaging may showcase completed packaging projects, business names, logos, or product images for portfolio and marketing purposes.

Overruns & Underruns

Due to manufacturing processes, Brand Nest Packaging reserves the right to deliver quantities within approximately 8% over or under the ordered quantity.

Payments

All prices displayed on this website are in the applicable currency unless otherwise stated.

Production and shipping will not begin until full payment has been received and cleared.

Late or overdue payments may be subject to additional fees or interest charges.

Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes
  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission
  • Upload harmful software or malicious code
  • Violate intellectual property rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems
